Default Conversion to MP3 fails (Replay Music 3.75)

Sorry if this is listed somewhere else, but I haven't seen it.

RM has finished recording the .wav file and converts it to .mp3, but sometimes gets stuck and fails, leaving a file called something like:
    Not Recognized-Track6.mp3.XXXXXX
The song length on this file is reported as 4473:55.
The computer usually hangs a bit when this happens.

I've had this problem for awhile and quite frequently on my XP machine, but until recently I couldn't get the VIsta one to work at all, so it was better than nothing.

Typically, if the file is renamed to .mp3, it plays OK. If Replay Media is still running, I can even manually rename it.

How can I keep this from happening at all? Is it a resource issue on my computer?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

Try upgrading to version 3.80. If that doesn't work, please submit a support ticket.
