    Default Converting M-JPEG files

I have a small digital video recorder that saves files in a M-JPEG format. They have an .AVI extension. They are decent quality but very large. I am not able to convert these with Replay Converter. I am assuming I need a different conversion codec. Is there any way to convert these files? Here are some specifics:

    General
    Format : AVI
    Format/Info : Audio Video Interleave
    Format/Family : RIFF
    Bit rate : 8715 Kbps
    Video
    Codec : M-JPEG
    Codec/Family : M-JPEG
    Codec/Info : M-JPEG including Huffman Tables
    Bit rate : 12.3 Mbps
    Width : 640 pixels
    Height : 480 pixels
    Display Aspect ratio : 4/3
    Frame rate : 29.676 fps
    Resolution : 24 bits
    Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 1.349
    Audio
    Codec : PCM
    Codec/Family : PCM
    Codec/Info : Microsoft PCM
Codec settings : Little / Unsigned
    Codec settings, Endianness : Little
    Codec settings, Sign : Unsigned
    Bit rate : 192 Kbps
    Channel(s) : 1 channel
    Sampling rate : 24.0 KHz
    Resolution : 8 bits

    Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

The resolution is 8 bit. At the present time our program only converts 16 bit. Thanks.
