Unhappy Media capture stalls and fails

    Hi.

I just purchased Replay Media Catcher and have attempted to download several media clips from the Cincinnati [Ohio] Enquirer. The results have been the system downloads a few kb and then stalls, only to fail as the clip plays in Firefox 2.

I have read through the FAQ and troubleshooting and have validated that I'm trying to capture a flash video clip. Everything is set up as it should be.

Here are is the link and details from the Properties Window once the capture starts. Maybe someone can help.

    Capture Flash RTMP streams

    072708_bengals_cincinnati_B595BBFA

    Downloading RTMP stream:
    RTMP App: rtmp://cp22449.edgefcs.net:80/ondemand/
    Media Path: /cincinnati/sports/072708_bengals_cincinnati
    Audio Received: 0 kb.
    Video Received: 10 kb.

Sorry, could only download a partial RTMP stream
    Media was saved anyway:
    E:\Media Catcher\072708_bengals_cincinnati_B595BBFA.flv

Is this a failure of Replay Media Capture and if so, will it be fixed, or did I just drop $40 on nothing? I'm not particularly pleased with the results so far, especially since this was the first attempt.

Operating System: Windows XP Pro, fully updated.
    Browser: Firefox 2.0.0.16
Media Capture does not see anything with IE 6.

    Default Similar Problem Here

I am using Media Catcher and the problem I am having is, Media Catcher locks up after only capturing 40-170k. It also stops all internet activity. I have since installed Media Catcher on another computer and it all works fine. Both computers are running XP Pro.

We have a brand new beta that has just been released today. Please give it a try and see if it corrects your issue. If it doesn't let tech support know and submit a ticket. Thanks.
