Make asf seekable

I have successfully captured many things and by using the option "re-index asf recording" I can jump to any location in the file.

But now I have a captured file where I forgot to do this before closing down RMC. Is there a way to "import" this file back into RMC and re-index the asf file? As it is now I can only watch it from the beginning...

There is no need to import these files to RMC, because you can use freeware software to index ASF files (make ASF files seekable)
