Default Boost audio track level (would like to improve the audio level of a DVD)

I would like to improve the audio level of a DVD that was recorded for me of a 50 year old music performance. The video is fine, but I must turn the volume up on my equipment to just about max to hear it. If I forget to turn it down after, well you can imagine.

I own Replay Media Suite. Is there any of these programs that would enable this to be done?

    Thanks

I don't think Replay Media Suite programs allow you to boost audio on a DVD.

When I was making a DVD Rip I was using BeSweet to boost audio. But I was converting DVD-Video to an MPEG-4 file...

If you watch your DVD on a computer, you may use freeware VLC player, which allows you too boost the volume.
