Default .flv to iPod format conversions are incomplete

    Hi,

I have converted over 100 .flv files to ipod video high quality with good results.

Longer files seem to get cut off in middle of conversion.

Today a 1 hr 7 min .flv file converted to a 29 min ipod file.

Is there a know problem with longer file conversions?

Below is the log for this conversion ( I have blocked the URLs).

    Thanks for the support

    Alex

    Hi

There are some flash files and other formats that have various things that are different or that use a different codec. That could be the issue you are experiencing. Go ahead and try our latest converter. We haven't released it yet but in testing it has been solid and a lot of people have been pleased.

Just install it over what you already have and it will enter your activation code for you. If you continue to have an issue go to tech support for more assistance.

Oh, a quick note. I removed your registration code from your log file. Be careful what you put out on the Internet
