Default Cannot use Replay Media Catcher

I am trying to use Replay Media Catcher.
    to record the following video:
    http://www.voyage-passion.info/bo/cr...mpozer-img.htm

I guess that first I have to close any firefox page, and I get to call firefox from
the replay Media Catcher. I click on "start record" , It suppose to see a streaming file with the size of the file entering. But nothing happens!!!
I guess I cannot the software correctly.
Thanks for anyone, who can say what exactly the process to follow.

I was able to capture this video. Open Media Catcher, click Start Recording, Open Firefox, go to the site any play the video. It is an SWF file so you will need an SWF player to view it once you have captured.
