Can't save a recording

I've been using Media catcher for a number of months with no problem, but lately it had failed to save long adio or video files (over 30min). Instead of a green tick I get a red circle with "!" in it. If I try and play it this error message comes up.

Unable to save RTMP stream in proper format!
Does the file already exist in storage directory?

This error comes up even in an empty directory. It seems to record short video or audio files.

Which version of Media Catcher are you using?

I'm using Media Catcher 3.01

I've tried creating a folder on an external drive with over 400Gb of free space. I recorded two 30min radio programs from BBC iPlayer which resulted in the same error message. However I recorded a 60min TV program with no problem.

Please uninstall, reboot and install the latest version - 3.02.

I've installed 3.02 and I've tried to activate it using the activation code I received on 13th January 2009 but it is not recognised.

Hi Tasha

Sorry its working fine now I entered the activation code for the media converter by mistake. Once I entered the correct code everything works well again.
