Default Conversion from RM to WMV is SLOW

A 10 second Real Media video takes more than 5 minutes to convert to WMV or FLI (as I type this message, the conversion appears frozen at 9%).

However, a 10 second WMV converts to a FLI in a few seconds.

    Any suggestions?

What do you use to play your real format files with. Give Real Alternative a try and the conversions will probably work faster. Also, make sure you are using the latest copy of Replay converter.

Downloaded the latest version of Converter and Real Alternative. No luck. Still receiving the ffmpeg.exe error.

I believe the problem would be fixed if we could use the WM stream but can't get that to work.

Any chance Applian could add the WM version instead of only the RM version to the media guide?
