Media Catcher noob - hopeless

I would like to capture a video from crackle.com and after quick googling immediately found myself at: http://applian.com/recording_solutio...ce-id-405.html where it says:

"Replay Media Catcher is a great solution for capturing the streaming shows on Crackle.com." and that it would be "easy"...

Well, that was about 3 hours ago. Easy? For me? I don't think so...

Great solution..? Hmm..

I've tried everything in the Help pages and I have yet to see a single thing appear in the Window of replay media catcher that I could call my own.

Any ideas? tia

It appears that this site is now using secure RTMP measures. I have updated the link that you submitted. Try using Replay Video Capture.
