    Default With or without re-encoding?

I have a small question about Replay Media Splitter (RMS) that I can not find answers to on the web: when RMS splitts a file, for example a WMA-file, does it re-encode the source or does it keep all the information in the source intact?

Re-encoding will usually give a loss of information in the splitted file, or it will take more bits to keep the same quality. So I am looking for a media splitter that splits a wma-file without re-encoding it, but keeping all the information in the source.

    Hi norway 1456,

Thank you for your question. Yes Replay Media Splitter does not re-encode input video or audio stream at all.
