Won't tag files from Rhapsody

Lately, all files from Rhapsody are coming up tagged as "Unrecognizable".

I have version 2.31. It always worked really well before. Before it was one out of every twenty songs or so would come up as not tagged. Now, it is every one.

Is this a Rhapsody thing?

Also, version 2.31 doesn't seem to work with Vista. I have a question about this to tech support. I am waiting on a answer.
