Default RMC can't capture asf files?

I'm not having luck capturing asf files with RMC. Although it can be done with Video Capture, RVC is SO cumbersome to use compared to RMC. - Media Capture is so much easier and faster and can do it in a fraction of the time while multi-tasking. Are there any plans to upgrade RMC so that it can capture asf files?

What is the specific site you are trying to capture from? Replay AV might be a better option for you.

Default RMC can't capture asf files?

    Hello,
Thanks for responding. The site is:
    http://www.museum.tv
Click Collection --> Search archives to get to the videos (or audio) collection.

Note: I can't access it with Mozilla Fox browser, but it's ok with IE.
Log-on is required to access videos/audios.
As for Replay AV .... it's too confusing to use and freezes my system. It's one reason why I prefer Media Capture hands-down.

    Default The best solution !

I know that this is very frustrating, but you need to buy ALL Applian programs to make sure you can get the JOB done.

For .FLV files you need Replay Media Catcher
For .ASF files you need Replay AV8

If these two programs don't work you always can try Replay Video Capture.

Next to this you need Replay-converter and Replay-splitter and a lot of patience and in some cases some third party software like Handbrake, Moyea FLV converter, etc...etc..etc...
