Default XP Logoff/Shutdown error with "TRSDKd ww:"

One of the profiles on my XP computer has a consistent shutdown error with the error involving "TRSDKd ww:". After a number of web searches, this has been shown to be due to Applian's implementation of the Total Recorder Sound module.

What exactly is the resolution to this? It's quite annoying, and a little Googling will show it's hardly an error limited to my experience.

At present, I have the Replay Media Catcher suite installed, but I started out with Replay Music as a standalone.

    Thanks.

Uninstall Replay Music. Reboot your system. Now, go into Program Files and delete any reference to the program that you see. Install the program again and it should work for you.
