Default Replay Music- Not Recognizing Streaming File

To all out there. Like yourself, I feel like I've become the beta-tester for RM these last few weeks attempting to get the software to run as advertised. I've submitted my tech tickets with the same responses coming back over and over. Now Applian is asking us what "WE" are doing to make it work. I'm running Windows XP and subscribing to Rhapsody. They tell me to forget the PC based version and use the web app only. Still, nothing works. Is there anybody in this situation? Is Cheryl the only tech person they have at Applian? Seems so...

In order to assist with this we do need to have a log file and check what you are doing. This is why this issue is best resolved with tech support and not on the forum. When you respond to tech support let them know what version of windows you are using and what firewall you are using. Thanks.
