    Question Backup Show Settings

I need to restore my PC due to performance issues and would like to know if there's a way to backup my show settings before I complete the process. If I can avoid it I don't want to have to re-create all the shows/settings when I re-install the software.

    Thanks!

    Default Backup/Restore Show Settings

    Try this:

On the drive where the program is installed (typically C) go to

    C:\Program Files\Replay AV8

Lots of files there, you want to find two in particular:

    schedule8.dat and
    schedule8.dat.backup

Copy those to a safe location or to your new computer/hard drive.

After the RAV8 program is re-installed, just copy these back into the Replay AV8 directory.

Note this does not save all your program settings, just the schedules & programs you wanted to capture. I'm not sure where program settings are saved.
