Default The mystery of the disappearing A/V

This is very strange. Suddenly, replay A/V doesn't display; if you click on either the icon or go to the program list, and left click on the icon or program, you get the windows hourglass for a few seconds and then nothing. I assumed there was some kind of problem so I uninstalled the programs and reinstalled, and was in the process of fixing the DST problems (that's an issue that applian needs to address--its annoying!), when I saw the A/v desktop program slide right off the screen--to the right. I couldn't stop it, and again, right clicking on either the program or the icon does nothing. Why would it do this? Suggestions?

See if rebooting or reinstalling does the trick for you. This should help.If it doesn't let someone know.
