rc 3.3 and videozilla

after upgrading to vc3.3 videozilla disappeared from the drop down right click menu which lets you convert files with Videozilla. I had to reinstall it. Not a big problem. However, it is a nuisance when a new app you install creates havoc in your system.

why I should use videozilla is it can convert to Realvideo format , something RC3.3 doesn't do. I understand it can be due to proprietary codecs, yet how come videozilla uses them and Applian don't ?

Have you tried the new version with your Real Player format. We have added a lot to the update and it is working great. There are a lot of different real formats out so if there is a file giving you a problem let us know in tech support.
