I have downloaded a video of approximately 41 minutes in length on FLV. When I convert it to a dvd format It cuts out at approximately 35 minutes. I restarted my computer and repeated the process with the exact same result. Any thoughts?

This is not something that I have seen before. Without a log file it is difficult to troubleshoot. I believe I have answered this in the tech support. If you continue to have a problem please let me know via that route as I would need to see a converter log file. Thanks.
