Radio and tuner not working

I just installed the latest Replay AV (windows XP).
The latest shoutcast and winamp.
All Windows updates are done.
Firewall has Replay AV and WinAmp white listed

When I try to play a radio station this is what happens.

I choose a station.
Pick INFO
Then PLAY
Nothing happens.

I add the station to my panel or list.
Tune to station
Replay Tuner box opens but there is a broken image icon in the box and nothing happens.

I then try the OPEN BY BROWSER method.
The browser pops up.
A winamp PLAYLIST box type something comes up quickly.
SHOUTcast source box.
Then Winamp
Then an OPEN FILE windows request
It is looking for me to open up a file?
Of course, nothing happens past that point.

We need more information in order to help you. What link are you trying to capture? Is it from the Media guide? We are updating the Media Guide like mad as Clear Channel changed the way they are streaming and they own numerous stations.
