Audio capture great but only see 1 still picture

I have been trying to record a web cast program from this URL http://www.karlstorznetwork1.com/157.../broadcast.cfm and after numerous attempts am asking for help. I start the RVC process per instructions and seem to be recording. However when I play back the recorded file, windows media player opens and all I see is the initial still picture from the start of the recording but I hear the entire recorded audio. Obviously I need the video as well. I am using a HP Pavilion running in Vista Home.
