Default "No Sound Was Detected on any Available Recording Method..."

HI from the very snowy north of Michigan,
New computer here – busy transferring programs. ALL old programs work
except Applian! Neither my Replay A/V 7 nor Replay Radio v.6.13 will record from speakers.

I installed Applian’s “Enhanced Sound Card Driver” to no avail.

    From Replay Radio 6.13:
when I do “Quick Record” then “Test Method” it says, “No sound was
detected on any available audio recording method for this sound card.

HD audio rear input (etc.) (even though next to “Audio Recording Method”
it says, “Enhanced Sound Card Driver”)

When I do “Settings” then “ Sound Mixer” there are only two
“Sound Card Drivers to Use:” choices (“HD Audio Rear Input” and “HD
Audio Front Mic”) but neither work - both return the dreaded “No Sound was Detected....” warning!
I get this same warning when I try to use Replay A/V 7.

Sounds work fine on ALL other programs on my computer (Audacity, Windows
Media Player, MusicMatch Jukebox, Nero Audio Player, Ulead Video Studeo)
but for some reason Applian programs don’t like my sound setup!

A N Y HINTS GREATLY APPRECIATED! It’s starting to cause me to pull hairs!

    Thanks Much! DH

Does your new computer have Vista? If so the enhanced sound driver will not work. Replay Radio won't work either. If you use one of the two latest versions on a Vista machine you should be up and running. If you continue to have a problem please contact us at tech support.

    Default Thanks Cheryl

    Thanks MUCH for your reply!
    My new computer uses XP.
Applian programs are the only ones I have still not
gotten to work with the new computer!
However my Replay converter works fine.
Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
I am very impresed with Applian's fine customer support!

Just verifying that you are using Repay Radio. If so, please contact tech support as we will need some more information from you.
