cannot record - nothing has been unlocked.

I was recording fine from all sources (rhapsody, napster, windows media player) for months, but now I can no longer record anything and in the log I get the following message --- nothing has been unlocked. What does this mean?

It means that the program did not "latch" onto what you are trying to record,. Reboot your system and try again. If you still have an issue contact tech support.

I rebooted and the problem still occured. I switched recording to go to a differt location and problem was resolved.
