Default Problem with WM Recorder over USB Internet Connection

    Hi,

I am having problems with the WM Recorder while using a USB internet connection to a 3G mobile network (Hutch Whompoa).

When I connect to a WiFi network the WM Recorder works fine.

I have adjusted the firewall settings to make the programme an exception and also give it administrator rights.

It just doesnt seem to recognise the 'network adaptors' and doesnt work in either Ada or Pro mode

When I try manualing entering a URL and filename, it captures something but not the actual file I am looking for.

Do I need to adjust any settings for use over a USB / 3G Network as opposed to Wifi... as mentioned all the setting work while using a WAN so I assume its the USB fob...

    Spec
    Windows Vista Premium
    Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100
    Dell Studio 15 series
    Intel Core Duo T9400

    Any help appreciated

    thanks

This forum is for Replay AV and not the WM product line. If you contact tech support someone will get back with you a lot quicker than in this location. Thanks.
