translating files to iTunes

Hello,

I am trying to save files to my iPod but they are saving to my Windows Media Player. Does anyone know have I could convert them to iTunes or change a setting where they will automatically save in iTunes? Thanks

In order for a file to go into iTunes it needs to be a format that works with iTunes. You would convert it by using the included converter.
