    Unhappy Time run-out issue cuasing AV 8 to crash after opening

    HI, there,
    I tried installing the AV 8 to my Vista desktop and the installation has been very successful. However the problem ocurr after opening the AV 8. The AV 8 box show up...almost 5 seconds, another box pop out saying the time run-out ask the software to terminate the application in an unusual way. I have gone through the forus discussions and made changes to the setting.

    I would be much appreciated if you can poine me to the solution.

    This is not the norm at all. Please make sure you have allowed the program in your Windows firewall. If you still have an issue try and do a reinstall. Then if you still have an issue contact tech support for additional assistance. Thanks.
