FRUSTRATED.....URGE TO KILL RISING

I recently upgraded my replay install and had all kinds of trouble recording a stream that used to record PERFECTLY. Now I finally got it to record but it will only output it in FLV format and when I run the stupid converter it always fails.

I submitted a ticket but have heard NOTHING and it is pissing me off!!

To top it all off, the stupid built-in player does not have a fast forward or rewind button on it!!! How dumb is that?? I can listen to it with their player but cannot jump forward or back!?!?

Any help out there??

Do you have a ticket number? We answer all tech support promptly and if you haven't heard back verify your ticket number and contact us at tech support with it. We need to see your log file and know where you recorded the file from? Thanks.
