Manually selecting screen region?

Is there a way to manually select the video bitrate? There seems to be only a small selection of fixed bitrates, and none between 300 and 700 for wmv. Replay Screencast lets you enter a bitrate of your choice, so I'm wondering if Replay Video Capture has this ability as well.

At the present time you are not able to adjust the bitrate from the preset ones for the various choices. Perhaps in a future version.
