Stop and save?

I am recording a 1 hour long show. I wish to stop it halfway. Everytime I do this I get an unrecognizable, unplayable file output. Help?

As far as I know, RMC does not support this, but what you could try is this:

after you have stopped the recording and closed RMC, go to the location it saves the files. in there look for the file that you were downloading. it might looke something like:

somefilename.flv_abcdefg

rename that file to somefilename.flv (removing the "_abcdefg" part after ".flv") Try that once and see if it works. Please let us know if it does or not.
