    Default URL Finder not working

When I run URL finder or the Wizard, the URL for YouTube and other videos don't show up. I've read the other threads and have cleared cache, made sure the order that I loaded it and other suggestions. None work.

The screen fills with other links and items but not the one that is playing in the background.

    Help Please!!

What operating system do you have? Also, what are you using for your Internet connection? Thanks.

It sounds like you need to contact tech support for more individual assistance. Thanks. They will need your log file and also a link to what you are trying to capture so they can test it.
