Default RMC Not Recognizing Flash is Enabled

Just updated to the latest version of RMC. When using DVR, RMC says I must enable flash in Chrome.

I have enabled flash in Chrome, but when going thru the RMC interface it doesn't recognize it. Prior versions of RMC had always worked.

Could use some tips/ suggestions for a setting or technique I should be using?

    thx,
    Ross

Open the program. Select settings and the counterclockwise arrow icon. Reboot your computer. Also, we just uploaded a new update today so make sure you are using it.

Hi Cheryl, the web site says version 7.0.2.6 is current, but when I download and launch the RCAT setup it says "upgrade 7.0.2.1 to 7.0.2.1" (the same version).

Is it a typo, and the latest will be installed, or is there a glitch in the installer in that it's not pointing to the current version?

Clean out your browser cache. It is the latest version on our site. I tested this on several different computers. Thanks.

I've installed the latest RMC (.8), hit the counterclockwise arrow to reset to default, rebooted. I'm still getting the "must enable flash" from within RMC, when from Chrome it works fine.

I'm setting Chrome to allow flash from within Chrome. Is there a way to do that from the RMC interface?

I just uninstalled both RMC and Chrome (w/o retaining any settings), re-installed. Same thing, still getting "you need to enable flash" from within RMC DVR browser, when flash is working directly thru Chrome

When the web browser in RMC says I need to enable flash, that means to go outside of RMC directly to Chrome and enable it there, correct? Or is there a setting within RMC?
