How to set RMC 5 to only rec from certain sites ?

Hi

I use RMC 5, and i would like to know if there is a way to set RMC to only rec/catch the streams from certain sites ?

Usually when RMC is recording i browse to other sites and some have small flash videos/ads, and when i go check RMC i have a ton of small files there, even from the outlook

The only way would be to not go to other sites or to have it set to not record. It is a stream capture program and is going to capture what it sees. Under settings-monitor change the minimum number of seconds to record. Change the concurrent number of downloads. That might help. Also, you are not using the latest version. You might want to give that a try.
