Vimeo videos download multiple files

When I try to download any Vimeo videos, it downloads multiple files and it doesn't work, what is the fix?

This means there are many different streams in the background. Once you get the one you want close the browser window and it will stop finding other. If you continue to have an issue do contact tech support with a link and any login info so we can test it
