Default RR has stopped tuning to BBC since 16 Oct 2015

I use Replay Radio to record two BBC Radio 2 programs each week. It has been working fine up until 16th Oct 2015 when it has suddenly been unable to tune.
When I do a manual tune in RR it also fails and clicking the eye icon opens a window that says "We're trying to play this station, but we're having problems Apologies. The station's stream may be broken, or there may be a mismatch between this stream, and your device. Please click here to retry"
When I click the retry it tunes in and plays. However this does not help when the program is recorded on a schedule.
    I have tried :-
    1) uninstalling Replay Radio, rebooting, downloading and installing the latest version of Replay Radio,
    2) recreating the schedule for each program from the RR guide,
    3) changing the default browser from Firefox to MS Edge and MS IE 11 (and back again to Firefox).
    The problem has not changed.
I have been using Windows 10 as a clean install since the official release with no problems.
Has anyone got any ideas please?
