    Default RMC6 (V 6.0.0.79) NOT recording CAM4

    Hello there,

    It all started with an Audio Sync problem when recording on that site but now is has gone further and can't even record video at at all as it stands... dialog keeps saying "downloading" but nothing is being recorded at all whatsoever.

    Any guidance on this issue anyone please?

    Most amazing... over 77 views and not a single reply from the Applian Staff. You guys must be quite busy huh?

    The forum is meant for everyone and not just people that work for Applian. Often someone else has a solution for you when we don't answer. My job is to monitor this more than respond. If you have not written a support ticket please do so for
    this site. Details will be needed as to what the program does or does not do, what browser you are using, etc. Thanks.

    Hey Folks - i'm going to have to differ you to RMC Support if you don't mind so they can look at and address this issue specifically. I was NOT able to fix it myself, so this is one they can definitely handle for ya
