Default Unexpected error in task manager launching replay radio

I have a problem launching replay radio. replay radio will not launch. When I open task manager, it says "unexpected error". when I select end program, replay radio opens, without the radio stations I saved. if I add a station, it plays, but when I close, it loses the station upon re-launch. the folder reply radio 9->library->logs is empty. can anyone help with my issue?

For this you do need to send us a tech support ticket. Let us know what version of windows you are using, where you are located, and what version of our program. Any details of the crash would be appreciated. Thanks.
