Problems !
I have used RMC 5 successfully for several months but suddenly have a problem :
1) Status page informs me that RMC 5 is NOT installed (though Ive been using it quite recently) - I re-installed RMC 5
2) When I try to use it I get a message "Network Monitor Not Found !!!" When I click 'YES' install WinPcap I find it is already installed!
I now have RMC5 installed AND WinPcap installed but cannot catch a video so what do I do next?

At this point you do need to contact tech support so they can assist you. You would also need to let them know what version of windows you are using.
