Question RMC keeps downloading as an MKV file

    Hi,

Replay Media Catcher keeps downloading video as .mkv files. How can I change that back to flv files?

    Thanks!

I can not seem to control it more then that- I see there are different recording standards based on content type but I do not know that content type is what is determining if it is MKV or MP4. Either way switching browsers switched recorded format. I am happier with MP4 because it takes less time and recording space. I am sure MKV is better quality because a converted MP4 file from the MKV file is twice the size of simply starting with an MP4 format.

So I can troubleshoot the issue, would you mind sharing the URL of the audio or video you're trying to record?

Thanks so much, and I look forward to your response! :-)
