Default Unable to convert .wav file to AAC(M4a)-FM Quality or MP3

    Hi,

It says it's converting but % just sits on 0%. Nothing happens. Then it says it's not responding.

The file is only 30 secs long. Any ideas? Normally it works fine.

We would need to see the log file or this. Please do submit a tech support ticket. Also, try other files and other formats to see if that makes a difference. It could be that the file itself is not a good one. Thanks.
