    Question Buffering

I have two questions and wonder if they can be passed along to the IT people:

    1. Is there a way to put a buffer into Replay Media Catcher? Sometimes, a music stream, like Last.fm will hic-cup and leave a slight skip in the recorded music. Just as important, or more so even, there may be a song we don't like or want. With an adjustable buffer, we could have time to skip a song before it started being recorded.

    2. RMC, and other Applian programs seem to take a long time to load. Is there a way to speed this up? Maybe allowing the installation program ask us which language we want and then only load that file. Or there may be other ways to speed up loading.

NOTE: I sent this as a PM to Debbie McCormick but she hasn't received it and I wanted to tell her that the links she has in the Sticky: "Contacting Technical Support and Customer Service", don't work. They come back as "Nothing Found".

    Hi Shalako

Actually, you can contact our support team directly for these questions via http://applian.com/support.php

While I DO work in support, I don't work that much with RMC these days so your two questions would be better answered there :-)
