Replay Media Cathcer 5

Having a number of issues with Replay Media catcher 5

1) downloaded file is incomplete( shows complete with no errors)

2) file converts even though I clicked on No Conversiion
3) Can not import into Itunes or any audio conversion software.
I use Wavepad by NCH and it will not open the file
Using windows 7
I have AVS audio conveter as well no luck there either
