Default Frame rate too high error

    Hi all.

I've just recorded a webinar online.

when I clicked stop recording, RVC says 'stopping. Please wait'. Above this it says 'frame rate too high'.

The program has now frozen up.

Is there any way I can access what has been recorded, or will I lose it? Would the recording be stored in a temp folder or similar??

    I'm using RVC6. Windows 7 Home Premium.

    Many thanks

If the file is saved you will have it. If your program is still froze then you will not retain it. Try lowering the frame rate the next time you do a recording. Also, try a fresh boot of your computer prior to doing one to free up
    memory.

I have the same problem. However I have a workstation on steroids - Dell T7400, 8 cores 3Gig hz, with 48Gig RAM, and PERC 6Gig SAS -RAID 0 storage for high speed. The Video is dual DVI NVIDIA with max'd out VRAM (dual mon @ 2500x1600) - running latest Windows7 x64. That a lot of dam power and with that capacity I see the RVC message "Frame rate too high" and in others lock up when recording training sessions longer than 2hrs.

Looking at the Windows SEL log it says its RVC app failure! Any suggestions? I picked your software over Debut and others because it appeared to have better sound capture but I have never had those apps crash or lockup. Did I make a mistake...
