Error with still image snapshot

I just installed RVC 7 and get an error when attempting to make a still image. First, an error box says that it cannot find the folder "c:\users\username\AppData\Roaming (SnpCap)" where username is my username on the computer. Then it gives another error that the file settings.ini cannot be found or modified. Then RVC crashes. I have administrator rights and did an uninstall, reboot, re-install. The errors remain.

The system is Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

You have opened a support ticket and your problem is being addressed. I will say it is a very unusual problem and one I have not seen before.
