Tradestation software incompatible with latest Applian Suite

Just hung up the phone with Tradestation support person.

I couldn't start Tradestation after installing the latest Replay Suite (RMC 5.0.1.7, RVC 7.1, etc.).

As soon as he saw Applian suite, he uninstalled it, and now Tradestation is back working fine.

Does someone know what is causing the problem and how to prevent Applian to shutdown Tradestation? I need to have both Applian Suite and Tradestation running in the same computer.

This is not an issue I have seen before. I have not had other reports on this either. You did open up a ticket and I suggested you install each program individually until you see what is causing the issue. Let us know how it goes.

Ok. I finally had the time to test with each Applian application, and I found out that the one that is causing the problem is Replay Media Catcher (RMC 5.0.1.7).

Any suggestion? You can download the software at www.tradestation.com and test it by yourself...
