hmm, are you logged in as an admin? If not, what type of user rights?

If you are not the Administrator of the PC then, contact the Admin
    account....

If you are the "Admin" of the account and, you don't recall doing any admin
registry/changing configurations...your machine maybe compromised by spyware/malware parasites...try running Regedit.exe in windows if you are the
admin and, you see: "Registry editor has been disabled by your admin"
and, ofcourse you dont recall doing that. Then either try to see the admin setting configuration to resolve the issue.

Are you using this at home or work? If at home, you want to make sure the account on your computer is set to give you adminsitrator (full pc) rights in order to use the software properly.

If you're using it at work, let me know and we'll try to figure something out as well .

    Thanks

You might need to run the other method of audio. Open up the settings of Replay Video Capture and run the audio/test to see what you should use. Also, check out the User Guide for further information and troubleshooting.
