    Default RMC5 scheduler does not work

    This is the url of the station I am trying to download:

    RMC starts at the scheduled time but immediately stops. The progress log says "allocating file size as 2KB" and that is sent to the library.

    What do I need to do?

    Does it say where the file is being saved?
