REPLAY MEDIA CATCHER-5 DOES NOT EVEN RECORD SOME VIDEOS THAT "REAL PLAYER" CAN

Hi,

When I open Facebook using Internet Explorer browser, (instead of Chrome) even Real Player can capture videos in Facebook, but unfortunately, Replay Media Catcher - which boasts of to be the best in its category - cannot.
Instead of finding excuses like "protected videos" Applian has to find a solution and inform us. Why even Real Player can capture a protected video ?

Real Player can capture many videos from facebook, provided that the browser is the Internet Explorer.

Replay Media Catcher - 5 is a real FAILURE.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO RECEIVE CLICHE, SLOPPY ANSWERS FROM APPLIAN.

You'll need to take up your issue with www.adobe.com unfortunately. Facebook videos are rtmpe encrypted, and we are not legally allowed by adobe to create software that can rip those videos from facebook. As to why Real Player can, I've got no idea - you' might want to check with adobe on that one as well.

As for a solution from our end, we do have Replay Video Capture which is able to record from facebook quite well.
