Getting a new computer

I wasn't sure about where to look for the answer to my question.

I will probably get a new computer soon. Probably going from Windows 7 to 8.

But I want to buy the Applian Suite now. Will I be able to transfer my ownership of the program when I re-download them to a new computer in the future?

Yes you will be able to. You will just uninstall from the previous system first. Thanks.

Additional question please. Is uninstalling through Windows add/remove programs enough already? Or do we need to use programs like CCleaner on top of that to delete registry entries?

Please do not use CCleaner - the un-install process is fine in itself.
