mp3 coverter problem

I went to tools then > extract mp3 from flv and got the message -

audio frames extracted 5129
mp3 frames extracted:0
saved to :blah blah blah (i saved it to my desktop)

is there a reason it wont extract the mp3 from the flv file ? ive tried it on other flv files and nothing happens.YET if i go to tools then > converter and do it from there is converts the files fine.

any one else had this problem (or even better know how to fix it?)

im using replay media catcher 3.01

What program are you using? Are you using Replay Converter or are you using Replay Media Catcher to convert? Thanks.
