Need help!!

Hello,
Love the products and have had great success with the video catcher. My main idea of using your product was to watch and record some educational material. Burn it and watch it as a DVD in another room of our house. I am having problems burning a DVD. Also I would like to be able to put the audio from these lectures on my iPod shuffle. I can get things to Itunes but now am helpless. We have a new computer, plenty of space and speed. And Windows 8. Can anyone walk and old lady thru this. OR direct me to where it explains the proper settings etc.

Hi

You move things to your iPod shuffle the way you move all files. Regarding burning a DVD if you are getting an error message we do need you to contact tech support.
